Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of SM Otomasyon (the “Service”), provided by SM Otomasyon. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
SM Otomasyon lets you connect your own social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Telegram), prepare content and publish or schedule it. We publish content only on your instruction, to the accounts and destinations you select.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity in your organization, including actions by users you invite.
- You must only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (e.g. to publish it to the platforms you select). You are responsible for having all necessary rights (including music, trademarks and likeness) and for complying with advertising disclosure rules.
4. Third-party platforms
When you publish through the Service you must also comply with each platform's terms, including the Meta Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, TikTok Terms of Service, YouTube Terms of Service, X Terms and Pinterest Terms. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time; we are not responsible for their availability or decisions (e.g. content removal, rate limits).
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive or spam content; to impersonate others; to circumvent platform limits; to access accounts without authorization; or to interfere with the Service's security or operation.
6. Plans and fees
Some plans may be free and others paid. Plan limits (accounts, posts per month, users) are shown in the app. If fees apply, they will be shown before purchase; we may change pricing with prior notice.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time from Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law or by a platform. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that every post will be published at the exact time or that platforms will accept it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
